-Volunteer for our Sunday cook and delivery activities. If you would like to volunteer, please notify us by Wednesday of the preceding week – either by E-Mail or by phone. -We have some great ideas for Mitzvah projects! – Project Chicken Soup is a wonderful place for youth to earn Community Service Hours. Our Kitchen and Delivery Supervisors will be happy to confirm all hours worked. -Children 12 to 14 years old must be supervised by a parent or guardian when working in the kitchen. A two to one ratio of children to adults is required for children between the ages of 12 to 14. Due to safety reasons, children must be over the age of 12 to volunteer in the kitchen. With parental supervision, volunteers under the age of 12 are invited to pack breakfast bags and nutritional supplements in the front room. -For safety reasons, we can not accommodate groups of children under 14 years old. A two to one ratio of children to adults is required for children between the ages of 14 to 15. For our younger volunteers we welcome off-site activities such as decorating shopping bags or making holiday cards for our clients.
