One of the 613 commandments in Judaism is to honor older adults, but this is not always what we often see. During this workshop, we will learn about gerontology from experts in the field and explore how to connect with older adults through creative art therapy (dance, music, and art). We will hear from older adults in all phases of life and also meet with the founders of nonprofits and social enterprises working with this population. Our lesson will conclude with practical life skills taught by our special guests.
