Each year, Citymeals works with thousands of kindhearted people of all ages who make an impact on the lives of their frail aged neighbors.

Students can: Individual volunteers help us ensure our meal recipients never go a day without nourishing meals and vital companionship. Opportunities include meal deliveries, Friendly Visiting, handmade cards, Senior Chat, Senior Script, kitchen help and office help.

We welcome volunteers of all ages. If a person under the age of 16 would like to deliver meals, he or she must be accompanied by an adult. Volunteers must be 16 or older to participate in our Friendly Visiting and Senior Chat programs.

Making handmade cards for homebound seniors can by done by any age.
