Covenant House California addresses homelessness when it begins – in young adulthood, when HOPE and possibility are still strong. We EMPOWER youth to harness their strengths, that they may leave homelessness behind for good.
Covenant House provides services such as housing and supportive services to unhoused individuals ages 18-24.
Your faith community will see lives transformed and, in the process, see change in your own lives. If you’d like to serve our young people, there are multiple ways to get involved. Organize a service project, or supply drive, raise funds for a specific need! Help CHC love all of God’s children with absolute respect and unconditional love! Please contact us today!
Because Covenant House works with unhoused individuals up to the age of 24 years old, volunteers must be older than 24 to volunteer on-site. Occasional Saturday kit-making can be done on-site if you bring a group of volunteers.
Covenant House strives to provide its residents with everything they need to thrive. You can help collect items such as hygiene products, soaps, feminine hygiene products, school supplies, winterwear, blankets, and lunches.
Contact Serilla Chavez to learn more about how to get involved.
