LA Mission
Description:
There are more people becoming homeless for the first time now than any time in Los Angeles’ history. Los Angeles Mission is on the front lines of providing meals, hot showers, safe shelter and other life-giving support to people in need.
Covid Protocols: You must show that you have received the COVID vaccine or a negative test with-in 72 hours of volunteering. Masks required.
What will I be doing?
After participating in the mandatory online orientation (held every Thursday afternoon), you can help in person by working in the kitchen or put together various kits such as hygiene kits.
Chaperone Presence: Adult chaperone must be present when volunteering in person.
