South Bay Parkland Conservancy
The South Bay Parkland Conservancy inspires and empowers communities to protect, tend, and nurture land, water, and life through advocacy, education, and hands-on stewardship. We envision a biodiverse and thriving planet, connecting communities with nature and each other for the well-being of all life, now and for generations to come.
SBPC collaborates with community members, students, educators, environmental specialists, and local professionals to provide outdoor educational volunteer opportunities, resources, and project experience to those interested in getting involved with the local ecology.
Our efforts are locally focused in South Bay neighborhoods, and whether you get involved with habitat restoration, native plant workshops, special projects, and related events, there is something for everyone to do, and all are welcome to join in.
Year-round volunteer opportunities at various locations throughout the South Bay, include Hopkins Wilderness Park, the Hermosa Valley Greenbelt Trail, the Redondo Beach Bluffs, and Alondra Park Island
Great opportunities to learn, get outside, connect with nature, and make a difference in your community!
