The mission of With Grace is to raise awareness about the importance of mental health as part of overall wellness and to democratize access to quality mental health care. We achieve this by collaborating with community groups and schools, delivering presentations on mental health and wellness to increase awareness, reduce stigma, and encourage all members of our community to have happier, more resilient futures.
We believe that all people, regardless of background, household income, or insurance status, should have access to quality mental health education and that learning about mental health and wellness is essential in improving later life outcomes. We not only seek to bridge the gap and break down the barriers preventing individuals from accessing mental health services but also empower communities through education about mental health.
Our vision is that this dual approach will level the playing field of access and education, and empower the next generation of New Yorkers to live happier lives.
Volunteers may assist with community outreach. Teens can help with peer-to-peer outreach, attend upcoming presentations, and can help fundraise.
