We empower individuals of ALL Abilities to become more physically active and live a healthy and balanced lifestyle. Our training programs enhance functional movement skills, improve muscular fitness, foster positive social interactions, and increase confidence and competence to perform activities of daily living.
Students can: volunteer to participate in training sessions with those of diverse abilities – helping out one on one with participants as needed.
